Real Property Lat Forms
  • Lat 1 Residential Form or Homeowners form to be used by the owner reporting any property that consists of land with improvements, whether urban or rural, and used for residential purposes.
  • Lat 2 Vacant Land Form is to be furnished to the owner of any parcel of vacant land.
  • Lat 3 Apartments Form is to be used in addition to the Land Report Form for any owner of any apartment or residential complex that is not applicable to LAT 1.
  • Lat 4 Commercial and Industrial Form to be furnished to and used by the owner of any inprovement of a commercial or industrial type.
Personal Property Lat Forms
  • Lat 5 Business Personal Property to report general business assets such as inventories, merchandise, furniture and fixtures, machinery and equipment, leasehold improvements and miscellaneous property, consigned goods, leased, loaned, ore rented equipment, furniture etc.
  • Lat 5-A Tax Exempt to report tax-exempt buildings, machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, consigned goods, leased, loaned, or rented equipment, furniture, etc.
  • Lat 6 Loan & Finacnce to report repossessed property, and taxable credits of loan and finance companies.
  • Lat 7 Cellular Industry to report Cellular Phone System Towers and related/attached equipment.
  • Lat 8 Cable TV Industry to report Cable TV equipment.
  • Lat 11 Watercraft to report watercraft, motor vessels and barges, other than those employed in interstate commerce. Gasoline powered watercraft and vessels employed in fisheries activities for human consumption are exempt from property taxation.
  • Lat 12 Oil & Gas to report Oil and Gas Wells and equipment associated with those wells.
  • Lat 13 Drilling Rigs to report drilling rigs and related equipment.
  • Lat 14 Pipelines to report non Public Service Pipelines
  • Lat 15 Aircraft to report aircraft, except those owned by a company engaged in the business of transporting passengers and/or property for hire on regular scheduled flights, which are assessed as public service property, are subject to valuation and assessment by parish assessors.
